  Amazing food, good atmosphere, great service and it wasn't overcrowded on a Friday night. One of the better places I have been in all of Rochester.

  Seated over 20 minutes past our reservation time and we were told to sit at the bar and "check back" in the meantime. The aesthetic was pleasing but the noise was nearly unbearable. In spite of sitting directly next to each other, we could not maintain any conversation without having to forcibly raise our voices and repeat ourselves or speak directly into one another's ear canal. Hanger steak marinade was insanely good but the meat itself was so dry I had to sip water with each bite. To top it off, the host told me "You should be smiling," as we were leaving and I can't even begin to explain why that's not O.K.

  Stopped into the bar for the first time with friend's last week. What a fantastic find! Bartender's were friendly as well as informative giving us the history of the place. Food and drinks were not the usual bar fare and we found both to be amazing. Overall a wonderful experience and we will definitely stop in next time we are back in town.
